The beautiful double room was superbly decorated and very clean. The attention to detail was excellent. The restaurant offered high-quality food and excellent service. The spa and heated pool were wonderful additions to the hotel experience. highly recommended.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything was well thought of and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff was friendly, helpful and always ready to assist us. The restaurant served excellent quality food and had a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. We also enjoyed the spa facilities and the outside heated pool, which were both top-notch. our stay here was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We highly recommend this place to all.

This hotel offers beautiful views and a modern spa. Guests appreciated the attentive service of the friendly staff who were willing to accommodate requests, such as arranging a taxi or being flexible with ski bus schedules. the breakfast and dinner were highly rated, with well-priced wines and professional service. the hotel also had several enjoyable facilities, such as a luxurious spa, a private Sky TV lounge, and a heated outdoor pool.

The hotel's location is quite far from the town, and guests have to rely on taxis to get around.

One of the few good things about our stay was the beautiful scenery around the hotel and the cozy ambiance it offered. The spa facilities were quite relaxing and helped us unwind. The food was great too, with a good variety for every meal.

Our romantic escape was ruined by the hotel's poor service. We had to wait for over an hour to check-in and our room was not as advertised. The staff was cold and unresponsive to our complaints. The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable. it was a disappointing experience and not worth the money.

Found the hotel to be clean and well-appointed with helpful and attentive staff. The food was excellent with sensibly-priced wines. The pool was spectacular and enjoyed using it. the hotel location worked well for skiing as it was close to smaller gondolas with no lines and less crowds.

The hotel was located far from town. Although there was a cheap city bus available, it stopped running at 5:00 pm, so the only dinner options were the hotel or a 20 euro taxi ride if you do not have a car.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel, everything was really good. The staff was very warm and accommodating with excellent service. The cleanliness of this hotel was amazing, as they maintained it well. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa and outside heated pool. The location was beautiful, offering magnificent views of the mountains.
